End of March my mother-in-law Jan wanted to get an updated picture of all of her grandkids. On her debit card she has had a picture of the grandkids that was taken back in 2008 or so. She said that she always receives the nicest compliments when people see her debit card picture. Unfortunately it is a bit out of date and there have been a few additions made to the family since then.
We arranged to get together one day at the park and have all the grandkids sit with Nana so we could update the picture (not including the 2 newest coming arrivals - Baby Andrew coming end of April by Connie and Baby Girl due end May by me).
It was quite entertaining trying to get the kids to all smile, not laugh, not poke each other, get the babies to look at the camera, let alone smile, keep the babies on the older kids laps, and take a picture at the same time.
In the end though I think that it turned out really well. Here was the final product that was selected for Nana's debit card.
What a good looking group of kids! Nana loves her grandbabies! And it is only going to keep growing. What an amazing thought that families are together forever. Very powerful. Gotta love the gospel!
